When should I bring the cake out if my ceremony starts at 5pm and dinner starts at 7pm and cake cutting will be at 9:20pm ?

We had our cake on display from the time it was delivered. And our dinner was around 6:45 and served the cake around 8:30

Usually the cake is on display the entire time of the reception up until you cut it. That is why couples usually spend a lot of money to get a beautiful cake.
