Bringing FH to a wedding expo?

Of course when I went to one my FH came. It's our wedding so we make all decisions together.

Good God no! My husband would rather have needles in his eyeballs, than go to one of those. I went to one with my sister and 2 friends and we all agreed it was like a "feeding frenzy in a shark tank." None of us booked any of thevendors.

I took my husband to the store to set-up our registry and regretted it. He didn't care what kind of china we got...

I just went to one today. I didn't want to go alone and my MOH is out of state so the BM came instead. It wasn't super fun for him except for the free samples. But it was nice to have a 2nd person there.

My FH loved it Lots of attention and things to taste haha

And here comes the sexist bs. My fh actually liked the wedding show we went to. Then again he set up our entire registry, and helped with all the planning. Sorry op, this isn't directed at you. I just have low tolerance for the, I don't ask my fh to do anything because men aren't into wedding planning, crowd. But yes, absolutely bring him. Of the two shows I went to, men were there and none of them looked any more miserable than the women.

I brought my FH and loved that he liked it. We only get to this while we are engaged so why not enjoy? If the expo sucks we leave. FH said it gave him insight to just how much we have to plan and two theres free things. Had the best donut ever at a wedding expo I noticed a lot of couples and I mean I didn't know them but they didnt look miserable.

We go together because we make all decisions together .. it's both of our money that is being spent

It can be fun for FH to go with you! He can check out wedding ideas too and be in the know as well!

Bring him! If he said he wants to go, include him in the process. It's his day too and will probably want a say in the decisions.

I went to a Bridal show with my FH, mom, & niece. It was SO fun! The four of us had a great time and that was everyone's first time attending one. Besides my FH wasn't the only groom there. In fact, they even had prizes for some of the grooms.

Go for it if he wants to go! What a fun day for you two.

I not only brought FH but we brought kids - and I think the kids had more fun than either of us! Because, cake. But we all had a good time. FH really enjoyed looking at photographers' albums in person versus just online. If he's interested, definitely go together.

Why would it be weird? I only went to one wedding show, and I made H come with me. Neither of us were really into it, but we still needed a baker, florist, and DJ, so I dragged him with me. It was his wedding too, and I refused to plan it alone or make all the decisions. Our compromise was that we would only go to one day of the two day show. I have food allergies, so I made H do all the cake taste testing. He got a little sick by the end. We found our DJ and an awesome baker (who will be doing all my bday cakes from now on) at the show, so it was worth it.

You are planning your wedding together... so bring him.

I brought my FH with me to an expo and he had a fun time learning about all the things we needed to get done and plan! It's both of your day so I don't see why he shouldn't tag along
