My bride told us to just get nude and comfy shoes

I just told them to wear whatever shoes they want. With long dresses especially, no one is going to see their feet. One of my bridesmaids had a torn ACL too so her footwear selection was very limited, I just wanted her to be comfortable 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm getting married in the winter in the mountains so I'm having my bridesmaids wear whatever snow-boots they want and any comfortable shoe they want to wear for the indoor reception.

For my sister's wedding, she gave us a general color and we sent her photos for her approval since there are tons of shades of every color.

My bridesmaids had long dresses, so they could wear whatever shoes they wanted. I had no requirements

I don't have shoe requirements. They don't all have long dresses but it doesn't matter to me.

No show requirement from me.

They’re wearing long dresses so you won’t be able to see them anyway. Plus that’s an added expense where they’ll already have to purchase a dress. PLUS some people have foot issues and I’m not going to force them to wear uncomfortable shoes just to match.

I have been in weddings where the bride chose the dress & shoes, however.

My bridesmaids are wearing long dresses but I told them just to wear black shoes. My only requirement was no flip flops.

I guess I don’t know the difference between a certain color and a general color, but our bridesmaids are wearing nude shoes.

I plan to have my bridesmaids all in converse. I haven’t settled on a color but it will be specific, but when I do my plan is just to purchase them for the girls as part of their wedding gift. They all wear these anyways so it’ll be something they’ll definitely wear again!

They had short dresses, so I suggested any shoes in gold or rose gold.

I think they all went with a more nude colored looking shoe but I didn't define it

I only have 2 bridesmaids and a "man of honor" so I just gave the two a dress color. Shoes will be up to whatever they want. I was in a wedding last year when one of my bridesmaids got married and she asked us to wear nude shoes with our long dresses but we had choice after that for heels, flats, design, etc.

I told our bridesmaids nude and our bridesmen brown and let them pick whatever shoe they wanted.

I told them wear whatever matches their dress- 3/4 of my girls are wearing floor length so who cares?

I just told my girls nude or gold.
