Bridesmaids

I personally am a fan of doing different bridesmaids dresses (letting them each pick their own style), since I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable in a dress if they don't like the one I chose for them. However, if your bridesmaids can all agree on the same dress, I think the alternating colors would be fun!

I loveeee mixed dresses and am personally doing mixed dresses:; floral and blush and the moh will wear cream

I think the mixing colors will be really neat! Though I'm not sure why that would impact the girls having to pick the same dress or not. I'd rather all my girls feel comfortable in their dress. I only have two BMs, they have different dresses, and even trying to find dresses they liked was an ordeal lol.

I like the idea of one color and different dresses

I like all dresses in the same color but different styles or all completely different colors and styles.

Ahh gotcha. I think it would be okay to still do different styles for different colors, but it's your wedding so you get to pick! I did a quick search of what burgundy/navy dresses would look like and stumbled across this.

I have 2 bridesmaids & 1 MOH- they’re all wearing the same color but different styles. I think have a small group & alternating colors would look weird. I think it would look super cute having alternating the colors since you have so many bridesmaids.

I would say if those were the two options, do one color and let them choose their dress. For me, my bridesmaids all have very different body types so different dresses will look better on them. You could always do your MOH in navy so she stands out! And if you choose to do the two color thing, make sure you have fairly even numbers. My friend wanted to do burnt orange and dark purple for hers but she let everyone choose what color they would wear and almost everyone chose the purple. She only had 2 out of 9 in orange so everyone wondered why they stood out when everyone else was in purple.

I like different dress styles (chosen by the bridesmaid) in the same color. I think it would look nice if your BM’s were in burgundy since the GM will be in navy.
