Hi ladies! So I’m having the toughest time figuring out what song I want my BM’s to walk down the aisle to!! We’re having a violinist play, so whatever song it is it’ll have to be an instrumental version of. I’m walking down to Can’t Help Falling in Love. Our wedding is definitely on the more traditional side, but we definitely want a song people will recognize because I think it would be so fun for people to hear the violinist playing and be able to figure out what song it is!!
Daughter & SIL's wedding party walked in to an instrumental version of "Here comes the sun," it was lovely and a couple people told me afterward how much they liked it.
We had a violinist! For my bridesmaids we had her play Dreams by Fleetwood Mac. It sounded soooo gorgeous.
We were married on May 4, so my husband and his groomsmen walked out to the Imperial March and our recessional was the Star Wars Theme. Our ring bearer walked out to The Godfather Theme, and my processional was the steel guitar solo section of The Boxer by Simon & Garfunkel. From the prelude to the ceremony to cocktail hour had her play everything from TV and movie themes to Disney songs to hymns to pop to showtimes to rock to rap songs. They all sounded gorgeous on the violin and our guests got a HUGE kick out of our set list!
I have 2 friends playing the viola and piano, so my bridesmaids are going to walk down to an instrumental version of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing.” my fiancée is a huge Star Wars nerd, so I’m going to surprise him and have them play a SW song as the groomsmen walk out.
Its not an instrumental version but I'm walking out to John Legend's All of Me featuring violinist Lindsey Stirling. It sounds so gorgeous with the violin added. My boss walked out to an instrumental version of What Are You Doing the Rest of Your Life
