Bridesmaids v Groomsmen

Some guys give them a gift to ask but generally I think they just ask without the gift aha

Lol probably 😂 I've seen some cute ones (bride inspired of course). I think the key with the fellas is getting something around their hobbies/shared interests (sports, outdoors, camping, same team, a famcy beer, good coffee, etc.)

Lol, yep pretty much. My FH just called his best friends and asked them directly over the phone the day we got engaged before we even had a date booked.

My FH will be getting them a box with gifts! But I think they all know already Haha. He was asked by his friend to be a groomsman officially over Skype group video.

I just asked them all over the phone/text. Each one of them knew I was going to ask them 😂

Bridesmaid “proposals” are a very new trend. It’s not necessary to do something so elaborate to ask your friends to be a part of your wedding. Nothing wrong with asking over text or a phone call.

I don't know as if my husband really even asked. He basically just gave them the info for the tuxes.

My fiance sent a text to his groomsmen saying "your my best man, groomsman etc" lol. But thats also the type of relationship that he has with all of them. They pretty much already knew that they would be in the wedding

Definitely understood. But I’ve been seeing it for a few years now with women. But the guys is what I was wondering. Pretty much my girls know. But I’m always the one for everyone to feel special since they will be helping my day be super special.
