Bridesmaids Dresses

I️ honestly think they are gorgeous! I️ was thinking of letting my bridesmaids pick dresses but assign each of them different shades of one color.

I love that idea, I may even do that myself but we talked about was different colors that go well together. Its different and its eye appealing to me.

I like the different colors/shades BM dresses. Even different styles. It gives more dimension to the scene. Maybe pick a fabric and length they need to do and then let them choose a style and color or a shade of a color you choose.

What a pretty name and spelling of name you have! My girls are wearing a dress I was crazy about, in my favourite color, so insisted this was what I wanted, I also paid since I was going all bridezilla about it, but I've seen many combinations of styles and shades of dresses, IT WORKS!

My bridesmaids dress

I did mismatched dresses and the colors were just shades of blush close together. I like the idea of them being able to choose a dress for themselves that they can keep and are comfortable in and may even wear again

I think miss match is very nice I just felt for my Bridemaids as long as they had the same material we were good.i learnt that the style comes along depending on the body shape.

I think if they're all the same material and same bottom it's ok. there's lots of photos out there for inspiration of how to pull off multiple colors. I've also seen just 2 different colors a dark purple and a light purple and that looked nice together.

I think different styles looks better than one uniform look and it's only courteous to let your friends be comfortable in what they're wearing.

We did different styles and shades of blue from navy to lighter. I'm so happy with how it all looks and happy all my ladies could pick dresses that suited them. Happy people are great for photos!

Due to a wardrobe malfunction I ended with my MOH & BM in completely mismatched shades of purple, different style dresses and different materials. It still worked. Do what you want to do. I’m a fan of same color, different dresses, which was my original plan.

My BM's all wore different dresses. I let them pick their dress (in the color of my choice) so everyone felt comfortable in what they were wearing. It looked great!

We are doing all the same color and all floor length but from there everyone is picking their own dress style!

We did all one color, length & fabric but different dresses. I really liked how they complemented each other but were in dresses they liked!

My ladies will be wearing different styles but the same color and fabric as of right now. I may have my MOH in a different shade so she stands out a little more but we'll see once we go dress shopping for her. My FH sisters picked dresses that complimented each other well, but I'm 100% sure my sister will go the complete opposite 😂

For those of you that did related colors, when you did group photos did you start from the bride and go light to dark? Or completely random?

I had five girls in rose gold sequin, two in blush sequin and my MOH in a dress that was rose gold sequin on the top and blush chiffon on the skirt. I loved the way it looked, but sometimes daydream about how it would have looked to have the girls in more drastically different but coordinating colors. I think it looks so much more stylish than all matching gowns!
