Bridesmaids dresses?

Omg I found my date twin!! Where are you in your planning so far?

I think I'm going to get my bridesmaid dresses through Azazie and don't plan on getting those until January or so. Says they take about a month to come in and that'll leave plenty of time for any alterations if necessary.

It depends on where they're coming from. Each stor or website has their own turnaround times.

Congrats! We've also got the big things nailed down already; venue, DJ, photographer, caterer, and a DOC. No florist as we're going artificial to cut costs. We have our engagement photoshoot this Sunday so we can hopefully send out our save the dates next month!

We have ours in November our photographer was booked for October! I’m sending save the dates this month but I really wanted to pictures to go on our invitations!

It really depends on where you’re going to be getting them. We got our jr. bridesmaid dress last week for our December 14th, 2019 wedding. Her dress won’t be available until mid to late October. Then we have to get it altered.

We started shopping for dresses about 6-8 months in advance.

I'm getting married at the end of March. My bridesmaids are just now getting theirs ordered. 5-8 months is probably the best idea. With 6 months being the time all dress shops seemed to shoot at me.

My girls got their dresses from David's Bridal and it only took a month for them to come in so it just depends on where you go

My bridesmaids bought theirs about 4-5 months out. It took about 3 months for their dresses to come in (they ordered from Azazie), so they had time to have them altered. Each store has their own suggested time frame, but I don't think it is too early to order them now.

We ordered ours 7 months out. They said it could take up to 16 weeks to get them because of the color I was wanting so we ordered the week after our apt when the girls tried them on.

I think around 4-6 months before the wedding is a good timeframe for your BMs to get their dresses!

I'd start looking into dresses now because ordering timelines will certainly depend on where you get the dresses from. We went with Azazie and my girls ordered about 4 months in advance, and the dresses all came within a month.

It really depends where they order from. My BM ordered from Azazie, some ordered 10 months out and one ordered 3 months out.
