My bridesmaids are buying their own dresses. I found them on amazon.

I was thinking the same thing but my family looks at me like I'm crazy

The bridesmaids typically pay for their own dresses. You should ask each person, in private, what their budget is and find a dress within that budget. Our girls are choosing their own dresses within their price ranges.

Agreed, bridesmaids typically buy their own dresses. If you want to buy them for your BP then that’s a lovely gesture but don’t feel obligated.

I let them choose.all I said to them was what color id want really.

Mine are buying their own dresses from Azazie. I told them a color and length to go with, and let them pick whatever dress they wanted so they could find something that fit them well and was in their price range. Having the bridesmaids pay for their dresses is standard as far as I know, but I'd recommend talking to them about their budget before you pick an expensive dress.

I don't want expensive it's the same way for me I'm not spending a lot on mine

My bridesmaids picked out and paid for their own dresses from lulus. I just requested the color only $80 a dress. You can also look at forever 21 if the girls are all the same size and want to wear the same exact dress.

My girls got theirs from David's, the only requirement was the color. They could have whatever style, length, neckline, etc.

I'm having my bridesmaids purchase their own dresses. I am having them use Azazie.com, which has multiple different styles and price points so each of my bridesmaids is both comfortable in their dresses and with what they are paying.

It's traditional for bridesmaids to buy their own dress. I know most of us are trying to keep the costs as low as possible for our ladies, but they should be buying their dresses.

I gave my girls a color and having them choose any dress they want in that color!

My bridesmaids paid what they could and I covered the rest since I chose a specific dress instead of giving them a color and letting them choose their own.
