So before the world got shut down, my bridesmaids ordered their dresses from David's Bridal. They came in about two weeks ago but they were the wrong color. The dresses were supposed to be "mist" but there was a mix up at the store and the cashier ordered them in "fog". I attempted to call customer service, but apparently you can only text them due to everything going on right now. When they finally texted back two days later, the customer service person told me that the text line is only for online orders and I will simply have to wait until the store opens back up. I know that my wedding isn't until October, but it is still majorly stressing me out!!! Plus I'm just so over David's Bridal that I kind of just want to return the dresses and get my girls' money back. During the appointment, our stylist kept referring to two of my bridesmaids as "the bigger girls" and then she ordered the dresses wrong so at this point I'm just over it.
