Bridesmaids Dresses

I think I’m losing my mind trying to pick colors for my bridesmaids. I originally wanted lighter colors so bright bouquets would really pop. Some of my bridesmaids didn’t like really like pink, they thought it washed them out. Now I picked Ballet and Quartz from David’s Bridal. I also gave them a choice of Dusty Rose and Vintage Mauve from Azazie. I really think I made a mistake. I’m not a super girlie girl and I don’t want the wedding to look like Pepto-Bismol. I haven’t seen many people combine these colors? Here is a picture that includes Quartz and Ballet (in real life, from the internet) along with the type of flowers I want. Is this ugly? Has anyone else had this combo? I’ve looked at this so many different ways. Please be honest! Thank you :-) Bridesmaids Dresses 1

I think they'd look good together but if you're really not loving it, you can try a complimentary color. I think champagne or something along those lines would look good with either pink.

I also found this on Pinterest, and it looks like it's exactly the colors you're considering!

If you want the flowers to pop I would go with a cool color to make them stand out. But that's just me!

I think it is 100% about what you like and what will make you feel good on your wedding day. I also don't love pink as a color on me, but I would never ask a friend to change her wedding colors because they're not my favorite - it's not about me! I think bouquets and dresses like the ones you shared all go together nicely, and the photo Allison shared looks awesome and looks like it's basically the same color combo.

If you don't like the pink palette, though, there are plenty of other options for making flowers pop using bridesmaid dresses as a backdrop. Neutrals like champagne, other pastels in blue, green, or lavender, or even jewel tones like navy or emerald can all make flowers stand out beautifully. Pick a color you like, one that will make you happy to see it on your wedding day, and don't worry about what anyone else (except maybe your future spouse Smiley winking ) thinks!

I know you said you wanted muted colors to make the bouquet pop but what if you put the girls in your accent pop color? Check out Morilee bridesmaid dresses in Rosewood. its a deeper warmer pink and i can see it working well with that bouquet.

another alternative is Champange. it gets you away from the pinks which i agree can become daunting when picking from this pink but not that pink ( i am in the same boat) this will bring elegance to your bridal party with out teh florals and when then have the florals you will have the color pop.

Have they already ordered their dresses? If not, you can change the colors to something else. I personally thing bright colored bouquets would pop better on darker colored dresses.

Thank you for taking the time to reply ladies! I think I am either going to go with all Quartz or a mixture like this. Just not loving the 2 pink, 2 purple. Bridesmaids Dresses 3
