Bridesmaids Dress Colors

I am trying to decide on a color for my bridesmaids dresses. I really love lighter colors but everyone keeps saying that this will wash out me/them? I am getting married at a vineyard with a large castle. The castle has a lot of dark colors (paint/walls/decor) so I wanted a light color to brighten up the place. I am considering going with Birdy Grey to make the dresses affordable for my bridesmaids. I personally love the sage and blue colors in the photo. Will these look good or wash everyone out? I also included venue photos for reference

I think the sage and blue are both beautiful! With your venue i think I’d go with sage, but you really can’t go wrong with either

What month are you getting married in? I love the colors! Tbh the grey might be only the color that could potentially be washed out a bit, but maybe not if it’s an accent color! Would you consider going a few shades darker?

Good luck! We’ve been going back & forth with some swatches as well and it is quite stressful. We still haven’t decided but thank god we have plenty of time!

My girls wore the dusty blue from birdy grey and they all really liked it. One or two of them have very fair complexions and they liked the color on themselves and I thought they looked great. They also really liked the price of the dresses - couldn’t go wrong with a $100 dress!

I love the dusty blue. I think you should have your girls try the dresses to see, but I think dusty blue is such a beautiful color.

First of all your venue is gorgeous! I don’t think it’s dark at all. If it were me I would go with the Sage or Dusty Blue. Those are both brighter colors that shouldn’t wash your girls out too much.

The dusty blue color is really pretty. If you want to brighten up the place, I feel like that color definitely will!
