I am wanting all my bridesmaids to wear this dress, but I am worried about how low the back will be on my shorter girls. Can it be altered to raise the back by either shortening the straps or taking in the “V” if it’s too big?

That's a beautiful style.
Can you also check into a lace panel to be added if there is a problem? You maybe can find a seamstress to answer what might be expected or what could be done.
