Bridesmaids and maid of honor

Alison, on January 29, 2020 at 6:18 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 14
So I have 2 best friends and they both mean the world to me. One has already asked me to be her maid of honor over anyone else and expects me to do the same. But I have my other best friend that I only really want them to be behind me on my day. How do i choose who to ask to be my maid of honor with out making the other feel bad???

I would just have to and then just have some bridesmaids. That way it won't be hurting anyone's feelings.

Either do 2 MOHs (I had both my sisters be MOH), no MOH or just pick the one you really want and the other girl should understand. If not, she needs to mature some. You can't please everyone in a wedding and the sooner everyone realizes that, the better. It can be difficult for people pleasers though!

You do not need to have a large bridal party and truthfully I have seen people be a MOH in someone's wedding and they were not in the other person's so you are not obligated to. It is your decision.
