Hi everyone!!

So we’re planning our wedding and initially J had decided to NOT have bridesmaids just to avoid all the hassle and what not. However, I have a close aunt that I would like to have included in the wedding and maybe my fiancé’s sister. However, my fiancé doesn’t really want to have groomsmen other than his best man.
I know the tradition is that both the bridesmaid and groomsmen walk down the aisle etc but has anyone enounter this and how did you go about it?

I've never encountered this before. But in the beginning of the ceremony you can have the bridesmaids walk out one at a time by themselves. And then when they are walking out after the ceremony they both could walk out with the best man. The best man being in the middle of the bridesmaids. I'm sure people have encountered this before. Hopefully you find a way that works great for you guys.

I've been in a wedding where there were 2 bridesmaids for every groomsman. They had us walk like this

I had 4 attendants and DH had 5.
My bridesman ended up walking down DH's two groomswomen, and then 2 of my BMs were paired with 2 groomsmen, and my MOH walked down alone in front of me.
Uneven sides are common, you just pair them up as you wish.

You can have them walk individually. One bridesmaid, followed by the BM, followed by your MOH. We had equal numbers but I still had t hem walk out individually because I like that look better.
