I currently have my sister as the maid of honor . Fiancé sister , my best friend since middle school who I’m close with and another gf that is super close .

There’s one friend I’m on the fence for . I was in her sweet 15 and she was in mine . We’ve been friends forever and we talk but not all the time . She’s invited to the wedding . But I kinda feel bad I didn’t ask her . But it’s only because I feel like I make the effort to see her . Is that silly lol

I have a huge bridal party 10 bridesmaids and flower girls if I had asked every girl friend of mine I’d have like 15 lol I would only ask your nearest dearest

Don’t ask her if you’re on the fence or you feel obligated to. With each bridesmaid comes more coordination and money (bouquet, gift, another person at the rehearsal dinner, and if your paying for hair and makeup it’s another face and head to do). Keep it simple. Honestly I’d rather be a guest then in a wedding. It’s more fun and less expense for me. You don’t seem like you really want her in the wedding so follow your gut.

Not silly. If I had included all my friends, I would have had 13 bridesmaids. That's why I decided to keep it small with just my sister and FH's sisters.

So nice to know I'm not the only one- I have 12 ladies with me with 3 flower girls and 2 ring bearers. I couldn't imagine not having them there and they have all agreed. But agree with you it is up to you. If you feel you won't miss having them in the pictures don't ask them.
