Bridesmaid Transportation

Where are they staying that night? Do they have their own rooms at the hotel? Can they just put their stuff in someone else's room? Or could a bf of husband of one of your girls put it in their car?

@kate...Yes, but would that look tacky with them carrying luggage with their dresses on.

@laura....I have no idea where they are. Maybe I I'll hire a luggage man.

@fallbride...you are right. When I brought that up to them, they said it wouldn't look right. I was trying to find a simpler way.

None of them are staying over at the hotel on the night of the wedding?

Definitely have them bring their stuff with them on the uber to the venue and leave it in the bridal suite! Or - if they are all (or most) staying at the same hotel you could swing by there and have a few people run it all in.

If any of them are staying at the same hotel, make sure you build in some time for them to check into their rooms and they can run their bags up to their rooms before you all leave. If they are not staying overnight, they should bring their things with them and keep them in a side room/bridal suite at the ceremony and reception venue so they can take their things with them at the end of the night.
