What about ordering material that you love and the girls could get them made. I was able to get one made pretty inexpensivly! They would fit everyone from the start that way as well.

Are you near the NJ area? There's a wholesale Indian clothing store called Regards in Spotswood, NJ. We got our bridesmaids sarees for 45/piece.
