I finally officially asked my sister in law (brother’s wife and my best friend) to be my maid of honor (granted I unofficially asked her like 6 months ago) and asked my besties to be my bridesmaids on our “friends camping trip”
I gave my bridesmaids necklaces with their first name initial and I gave my maid of honor a bracelet that said “today my maid of honor, forever my sister” and a Maid on Honor tank. So excited to have my girls by my side! How did everyone else ask?

I did a lot of DIY stuff with the Cricut and either took them out for dinner/drinks or went to visit them (my future SIL is very pregnant and fixing up her house, hard to get her out anywhere lol!). It was nice!

Yeah she was really excited, she’s my little brother’s wife, I was a bridesmaid in their wedding two years ago and we’ve become so close since i had to make her my maid of honor 💗

I was lame and messaged my girls on Snapchat and asked them. My sister and my bestie. My sister lives 8 hours away from me so not real possible to ask in person and between me and my besties schedules it's hard to get together and i was so freaking excited i couldn't wait to ask either of them.

My best friend was there when he proposed so I just asked her to be MOH on the spot. And then I texted my FSIL the day we came back from our trip. Still debating on doing like a formal proposal or not

I’m putting together boxes with kimono robes, a mini bottle of wine with the “will you be my bridesmaid” label and a cute wine tumbler. I figured we will use the robe and the tumbler while we’re getting ready so two birds with one stone.

That was a great idea! I’m still going to have to give robes probably at the rehearsal dinner, I definitely want those for when we’re getting ready. Looks so cute in pictures!
