Bridesmaid proposal

I am struggling to find out how exactly I want to do this. I got each girl a box with the same stuff in it. I wanted all of us to go to dinner together. I have already asked the girls individually to meet me for dinner. But I did not tell them that there were going to be multiple girls coming. Because I wanted it to be a surprise. I had planned on getting to the restaurant early and setting up their boxes at their seats. Should I let the girls come to the table right when they get there and open their box when they get there separately since I’m sure not all the girls will get there at the same time? Or should I have them all meet at the front of the restaurant and wait for everyone to get there and then we all go to the table and they open their boxes altogether? I think this would be weird because then they would be confused on who were waiting for since they thought it was just gonna be dinner with me and them. My mom made a recommendation for the girls to come to the table whenever they get there but wait open their boxes until everyone is there. Am I making this more complicated than it should be? LOL.
