Bridesmaid outfits while getting ready

Its ultimately up to you honestly, but I prefer the jerseys, is different, it'll be cute and has a deeper meaning to it. We've seen one to many robes at weddings. Haha.

The hockey jersey is fun, are they comfortable though? I also would be worried about slipping something over my head after my HAMU is done unless the neck hole was huge. You could give the girls an option? I gave my girls the option between a short strapless romper, a cotton waffle print robe, or a long PJ shirt. All were from Etsy, all were black, and all had their white initials on them but none said "bridesmaids" or anything. They still looked really cute in pictures, but were comfy! I'm personally not a fan of robes unless they are cotton or microfiber, and nice quality so I would like having a choice (and I haven't in the past two weddings I've been in).

Thank you, so sweet! Our wedding was a big blended event, and from the very beginning we told our families there will be no drama between families and if there is, we will gladly excuse those people from the wedding. The day ended up wonderfully! Out of my 9 bridesmaids, two were my husband's full sisters, one was his stepsister, and one was his stepbrother's wife. My brother was one of my husband's groomsmen. My husband's stepmother and my stepfather were in all the getting ready pictures & rehearsal dinner & ceremony and all their extended family was invited. It was a huge combining of family weekend!

I like the jersey idea but if you are planning on doing these pictures after your hair and makeup is done, they may be a little hard to get off without ruining something. I would go with the robes or something button up.

I think the jersey idea is cute and unique. But I also agree with PP that they may be hard to take off especially after doing hair and makeup.

Robes often fit people differently and if any of your girls have a larger bust, are uncomfortable (from personal experience). Also, while an all-lace robe sounds pretty, it doesn't sound practical for pictures or for being with other people because they would more than likely have to wear something under it for modesty reasons. I like the jersey idea, but as other PPs have said, it may be difficult to go over their heads without messing up hair and makeup.

I gave my girls plaid VS PJs which worked great because the tops had buttons so they could easily remove them.

Team hockey jerseys! One can only have so many lace robes. The one thing is it may be tough to get over their hair once done.

The jerseys would be so much fun! I would just make sure that they were big enough to fit over a freshly done hairstyle. Usually they are because they have to fit over all that gear. My fiancé and son both play so I can imagine that with a little help it could be done easily. I personally don’t like the robe idea because I’m tall and short robes (which most BM robes are) don’t cover my butt all the way. I’d be worrying about showing my goodies! Definitely not what you want in your pictures! 😂

I think the jerseys sound fun! They may not be as pretty in pictures, but they're so unique that I think it'd be worth it.

The jersey is a cute idea but I would be worried about hair and makeup.
I ordered my girls and myself tank tops, that has a nice size neck so we could slip out of easily and then button down shirts that are monogrammed. My colors are burgundy and rose gold, so I got them burgundy button downs, white tanks with rose gold lettering and white shorts, for me I have a white button down, black tank with rose gold lettering and burgundy shorts.

The hockey jersey idea is ADORABLE! But how will they get them off without messing up hair and makeup, they can also be REALLY hot
