I have a maid who is allergic to silver, stainless steel and surgical steel, also not sure if she is allergic to white gold and i would never ask her to try it just for my sake.

The rest of the girls are wearing some sort of silver tone jewelry (they get to pick it out)
Would it look weird to have one girl not wearing silver but regular yellow gold? Am i over thinking this?

Let them wear whatever they feel prettiest in. No one will notice if they are wearing different colors. Since you are not sure what she can wear, ask her straight up or let her wear her own. In many social circles, the jewelry is the bridesmaid’s responsibility and is not a thank you gift because it is intended to wear at the wedding.

I know as brides we pay attention to every little detail, but I can say with certainty your guests will not be. If you are one of those people that hyper-focuses on symmetry, you could alternate the bridesmaids jewelry- 1 in silver, the next in gold, the next in a silver, etc.
