Bridesmaid Duties?

Hi! I need some suggestions of bridesmaid duties. What all did your bridesmaids help you with? I lucked out and all 4 girls in my wedding party have been asking for things to be in charge of. Just not sure what to delegate?

- Bridal shower

- Bachelorette party

- Wedding toast

What else? I wanted to give everyone an "important" assignment since they all want to be so involved. I am not having anyone come dress shopping with me though because I just want that to be a special moment with my mom, nana, and me.

They all helped me set up my ceremony by helping decorate. And for the reception they manned the guest sign in table.

You could have one of them in charge of corralling everybody for photos. You could also give her a list of all your “Must have“ photos, poses, combos of people, etc. and put her in charge of making sure the photographer captures all of them. That is one thing I have noticed tons of brides complain about- they forget to take specific pictures or pictures with certain people that they really wanted

What are thier strengths and interests? I am mainly having them help with bouncing ideas. One is helping me with figuring out hair and dacor as she is loves designing things. The other is organizing the bachelorette party as she loves planning trips and get togethers.
Think of something each can do as they want to help. Do you need help with researching vendors, picking flowers, food, or something else?
