Bridesmaid dresses/dye batches

Does each bridesmaid need to order their dress from the same store or will the colors match if they buy them in separate bridal shops? I have one BM in Philadelpha, One in DC area, and Three in NY. The dresses are DaVinci and are burgundy in color

Can you call and ask the retailer? I know you run that risk with DB. It's not the same everywhere though.

I was in a wedding once and we all ordered our dresses together at the same store and the color was still off.

If possible they should all be ordered from the same store. You can have them get measured professionally where they live and bring the measurements to the store you are buying the dresses from. Especially with a dark color like burgandy, it would be really noticable if it were different. The reason behind it is that with each mixing of the dye it could be a little off. Hope this helps!
