I provided the color & styles I’m looking for.
And of course get final pick. But it’s now 2 months till my wedding and none of my 5 bridesmaid have there dresses.

I would just tell them they need to order by xx date and explain that it sometimes takes awhile for the dresses to come in. Also explain they need to leave time to get it hemmed if needed. From my experience, some of my girls thought it would be like normal online shopping (we used Azazie), but it wasn't. It will all work out!

I personally would start looking and sending them suggestions. I do agree with the above comment of letting them know that you would like them to get their dress by a specific date.

I'd also check with the websites/places you are wanting to buy them from. Lots of bridesmaid places make to order in your preferred colour, which can take up to 12 weeks to be shipped, and then there needs to be time to alter them.

At this point I would be worried that there isn't enough time to order them and get alterations. It seems harsh, but I would tell them they need to order today or they won't be allowed in the wedding party. Also encourage them to look for used dresses on sites like Poshmark since those will come in faster than a new made-to-order one.

Give them a deadline that you would like them to have their dresses. I would also choose a specific store/site for them to shop from (we used Azazie and loved them!). This will make it easier on everyone. If they don't have their dress in time then they just won't be in the wedding.

Def. let them know that they need to order their dress by X date, or else you'll just have no bridal party lol. It sounds harsh, but honestly they had enough time order their dress...so I don't have any sympathy for waiting till the last minute. Especially since a lot of places take a long time to ship their dresses out, plus you have to factor in the time it will take for them to get their dress altered.

Birdy Grey is where my ladies are ordering theirs from and only 2/4 have gotten theirs so far. The 2nd bm said that her dress won't ship till September, so she sent a text in our group message telling the last 2 that they might want to order theirs asap.

I would tell them they can either choose a dress get it approved by you and order by this date or you will end up choosing and ordering for those who have yet to do so.

I'd explain to them that by them not choosing a dress means they obviously don't care what they wear. And by not choosing a dress by such and such date they will be forfeiting the option of having a choice.
