Also, dresses that look good on plus-size people rarely look good on non-plus-size people, and vice versa. I'd suggest worrying more about making sure that everyone is comfortable and feels their best - you'll reap the benefits in your pictures, too.

I would let your ladies choose what feels comfortable for them to wear vs. putting everyone in the same dress. As a plus size person, the dress that is going to look good on your thinner friends is not going to look good on me.

I understand you want uniformity, but it really doesn't sounds realistic in your situation. You picked these girls because they're your nearest and dearest and I would hope you want them all to be comfortable. Suggesting a website like Azazie that come in super fast and have tons of dress choices in the same color and fabric. That way everyone looks like they belong, but everyone gets to pick a dress they're comfortable wearing.

I would look at Azazie. If you are set on identical dresses, I would start with the plus size dress and see what you like. A-Line dress look good on most body types, so I think you would have the most luck with that.
