Bridesmaid dresses

laura, on February 19, 2018 at 12:45 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 17
So besides Arazie, Show me your Mumu, David’s bridal, BLDHN, and Weddington Way (searching the forums), does anyone have any recommendations/hidden gems for bridesmaids dresses? (NOT a fan of LuLus or ASOS) And If you’ve purchased from more than one of these... which do you find to be the best quality and fir for your money!? Thanks!

Nordstrom has some really pretty dresses. You also might want to look at a local bridal shop (although this might be more difficult if all your BMs are local).

I've heard some good stuff about Kennedy Blue. When I was looking I also researched (and ordered samples & swatches from) Shop Revelry. Personally, I was wildly unhappy with Shop Revelry because they did not specify what you were getting when you ordered a sample box was in fact not what was in the photos on their website. Kennedy Blue has some more trendy styles as well, but I couldn't get the color I wanted in enough time. Azazie really has been the best option and who we went with, as their customer service is second-to-none, they have over 150+ styles to choose from, quality is great, and a pretty substantial color selection. Not to mention they are super affordable, because I am telling you, no matter what, your girls are not going to wear their dresses again...lol. Dessy was another big no for me--I heard many, many horror stories which ultimately outweighed the few success stories that were sprinkled in there.

Thanks! Yes we are all over so it might be best to stay away from a bridal shop! But thank you both for the ideas. We will check out Nordstrom and Kennedy Blue for sure Smiley smile

I found my bridesmaids dresses at Macy's. They are good quality and dresses that can be worn again. 2nofbmy bridesmaid have already worn them again to different events. And, it made it easier to buy since all 3 of my bridesmaids live in different states. They picked them up at their local store and were able to take advantage of whatever sales and coupons they had.

For online stores, we are considering Azazie as well as Birdy Grey- all of their dresses are $99 but the colors and styles are more limited than Azazie. There is a bridal consignment store in town that carries a bunch of new bridesmaid dresses so we will check that out next month before ordering online Smiley smile

We are doing Weddington Way! Their dresses are really cute and they have a bunch of mix and match styles to choose from. I also like how they've been opening some brick and mortar stores lately. There's one in my city so all my local bridesmaids can go there but my one bridesmaid who is from out of town can easily order online.

I picked the convertible dresses from Amazon- my roommate bought one to wear to a wedding and it was perfect, so I'm having my BMs get it in Navy.

I went with David's bridal. I allowed my girls to pick their dresses from the same style (mesh, lace). All of their dresses are in the purple color.
