Bridesmaid dresses

I picked a color and length, and let my bridesmaids choose whatever dress they'd like as long as it matches that color. They ended up ordering their dresses from Azazie to guarantee that the colors would all match.

My bridesmaids are on complete different ends of the spectrum for body types. I picked the color of course and I wanted long dresses, but I’ve decided to let them choose whatever style dress they like the most. As long as the dresses flow together well I don’t care if they’re different, I feel like that’s the best way to deal with super different body types. But I am more laid back for that kind of stuff than some brides may be!

Let everyone choose their own dress. You pick the color and the store, they pick the dress.

My bridesmaids are picking dresses from the same website/designer that are the same color, fabric, and length. I selected those parameters and also requested that no two have the same dress. I only have four, so it has been easy! Only one of them has yet to choose even though they don’t have to order them for a few more months.

Azazie is the perfect website to use in this situation! You can pick the color and fabric, and then your bridesmaids can pick a style that suits their body type. You can even create a 'showroom' online with options you approve of and the girls can choose from these (i.e. if you wanted all long dresses, or a certain silhouette).

This is another reason to use a website like Azazie! All 4 of my bridesmaids lived in different states, and using online ordering made the process so much easier. For my wedding, we actually used a website called Dessy, but I've been a bridesmaid with Azazie dresses multiple times and it's worked out great. There are other options as well!

I picked Kennedy Blue over Azazie because I liked their version of the color better when I compared swatches from both places. I also liked the texture better. My mom is getting her dress from Azazie, though.

Go to Cocomelody or Azazie (similar try at home program). Pick a color and let them pick the style to try on.

We did the “same color, same length, different styles” at David’s. Worked great, everyone was happy with what they wore. And I was happy.

I just told my two bridesmaids what color I wanted and then they could pick whatever they wanted. I didn't care if they matched or not. Ironically, my older sister bought one of amazon and had my mom fix the zipper as it was getting stuck and then my other sister tried it on and loved it. So they will end up matching after all.
