Bridesmaid dress

Hello!! I need help. I picked up my bridesmaid dress from the dry cleaners. I had my dress hemmed on the length, straps and a slit I have in front. The dress does not look right. The front of the dress seems longer than the back. The dress has 3 layers and she just sewed it to hold it in place and not cut it. Another thing she opened the dress more on the slit but did not sew it right because it is opening. I asked her to take the straps in because they were loose and falling off my shoulders. On the left side in the front of the dress, she folded the strap in and sewed it. She did not cut the strap to make it short. On the right strap she folded it but on the bottom of the back of the dress. It makes the straps look uneven. Should I take the dress back to her to fix or go to another seamstress?
