Bridesmaid Dress- too much or just enough?

Personally I think it shows too much doin but if you like it and it doesn't make your bridesmaids uncomfortable go for it!

Love the dress but in my opinion its to much skin and train for a bridesmaid dress.

I think it’s a pretty dress but maybe a little too sexy for a bridesmaid dress!

Hi Karley! If your bridesmaids feel comfortable and you love it, then I say you should definitely go for it! I like the general idea that you’re going for, however, I would agree with previous poster—it does have too much of a train and arguably shows too much skin. As long as you aren’t getting married in a church, I think the dresses are fine, but overall they look more like prom dresses than bridesmaid dresses to me.

I love the dress, but to me, it doesn't project elegance. But if you think the style fits your wedding and your BMs love them, that's what matters.

I'm letting my bridesmaids pick their dresses and I've told them to pick a gold sequin gown in whatever style(just to send me a pic ahead of time to make sure it goes well with the others). I'm pretty sure At least 2 of them will pick something toward this style, and I'm fine with it. We're getting married on a lakefront and it's not a religious wedding either, so I don't really feel like it'll be frowned upon in that sense and it may even go with the setting. Plus I want my girls to have the option if being comfortable and buying a dress they actually like. So if the girls like the dresses and you like them as well, I wouldn't worry. Plus you said they were on sale so that's a plus too. 😁

Personally, I think it’s a nice dress but a bit much. My wedding dress is more conservative and I wouldn’t want everyone staring at the bridesmaids in their dresses lol

They already purchased them, and yes they were on sale, so I really was hoping for a comment like yours to make me feel better 😊 We'll be getting married outside as well, and the ceremony won't be religious. Plus my girls will only be walking down the isle then sitting during the ceremony, so I wouldn't be worried about people looking at them.-- I think someone else mentioned this may be a problem for them.

For me personally to wear it's too much skin. For my friend or BM if they're comfortable then it's just enough. It's a gorgeous dress. And I love the idea of a train on a bridesmaid dress.

yes, keep the girls in something nice, comfortable, that makes them feel good & sexy, but should not over power the bride for attention in any way.

I was surprised at how much skin is being shown. My bridesmaid and myself would both be uncomfortable with that much skin showing, but it's really about what you, your bridesmaids are comfortable with.

I don’t think it’s too much. I have no issue with the back and as long as your BMs have smaller busts, I think the front will be fine too.

I feel like you have to have a certain body type for the dress. I wouldn't feel comfortable. it gives an "eveningwear vibe" more than a rustic vibe: I would think an evening indoor ceremony. If you and your girls like it and grandma doesnt have a heart attack by them then go ahead

In my opinion, this dress doesn’t say elegant because of the cut outs and high slits. Myself personally, I would feel very uncomfortable in this dress
