Bridesmaid dress shopping

So my sister is my MOH and lives out of state. All my three other bridesmaids all live local to me. I’m trying to start the process of getting Bm dresses from David’s bridal. My sister can’t afford to come down just for a weekend to go shopping. She said to go ahead and have my three girls all go together to see what they like and just tell her afterward. She is the pickiest dresser and very self conscious so if they pick something strapless she would not wear it and throw a big fit, trust me I know my sister. I want to include her so this doesn’t happen but she won’t be able to come down. Should we face time her whole at the store or do something else to include her. Help?!
