Bridesmaid Dress Dilemma

I would axe the charcoal one because I don’t really feel like it goes well but two cream and three rusts works

As long as you pull the colors together in something like the bouquets, you’re good!
I’m doing 3 colors: 3 in cinnamon rose, 2 in blush, 2 in lighter pink and personally like the pairing of it all, but I think as long as you work those other colors in elsewhere, you can do whatever you want!

I think because you like both, maybe ask your party if someone really loves the charcoal? If no one is particularly in love with wearing it, I'd go with the second option.
