Hi ladies I’m getting married aug 29,2020 and I’m having a hard time finding colors for my bridesmaids and maid and matron of honor. My dress is champagne blush I think you call It. My fiancé is going to be in a car navy blue. I was originally going to have my girls in a pink however when I had a pink dress up against mine it blended too much so now I’m struggling on finding another color.

pictures are always a plus

Hey Stephanie! Welcome to WeddingWire!! What about a rich red for bridesmaid dresses? I think red and navy would go well, you could have the groomsmen in red ties, and it won't blend in with your dress. Pictures, of course, for an idea.

I think this first one is pretty good because, in my mind, the flower girls' dresses are the same color as your dress, so you can see how they go together.

I thought about burgundy but someone told me because my wedding is a summer wedding to stay away from fall colors.. and idk if I can do a red red

You never have to listen to "it's summer, pick this, don't pick that!" Do what you LOVE. That's what's important Burgundy is beautiful and if you love it, go for it! We had a "fall" wedding and our colors were as tropical as could be. No regrets!

I'd just start looking at Pinterest - navy and X wedding is a good search. Use any color you think you may like.
Navy and gray
Navy and peach
Navy and plum
Navy and rose gold
Navy and green tones
Navy and silver
Etc..

I think that a pale blue or light grey would look great with the navy suits. Also, I found one pic where they had green bridesmaid dresses, navy suits, and pink flowers...looks pretty. Here are some inspo pics I found:

Really any shade of grey would be gorgeous. slate or dusty blue would be awesome too. You could always do light pink flowers for the BM's to tie back into your dress color and then coordinating ones for you with maybe some greenery or brighter pink accents!

We are wedding date twins! We are also doing navy but my dress is ivory so my bridesmaids will be in blush. Originally we were going to do dusty blue with navy and blush and neutrals. I ordered dark navy & dusty blue swatches from Azazie and they looked so good together. I think the dusty blue would lighten up the darker navy colors too since it is an August wedding (even though I think you should have whatever color you like no matter the season lol). I hope the rest of your planning is going well!
