Has anyone personally used the hoop bouquets for their bridesmaids instead of the traditional bouquets? I saw them on pinterest & instantly hated them. Now, the more I look at them, I think I actually really like them. They're different so it matches my personality. I dont like to do what everyone else does. My centerpieces are hoops & my cake stand will have a hoop around the cake as well so it kinda just ties it all together. I just dont want to go with them & them hate them the day of & wonder what the heck I was thinking. Would love to see any pictures of ones you've used ! Bridesmaid Bouquets 1

I think if it will tie in cohesively with your decor—go for it!

I originally wanted it, but went a different route that matched my vibe better.

I think I like them. I think I'm liking the look of the hoop wrapped in twine. Our venue is a barn so I feel like it makes it a little more rustic ! Do you know how big hers were? I'm thinking of doing 8 or 10 inch hoops !

If you just search #hoopbouquet on Instagram, there are tons of real weddings with them... all different sizes, colors, etc. for inspiration

I think they’re super cute ! If you’re feeling kind of apprehensive about it, maybe for your own bouquet you don’t have to do a hoop?

The hoops themselves look fine and this is definitely one of those decisions that doesn't really affect anyone, so it's totally up to you. But I have to say, I think every single one of those poses has very awkward hand positions (except for Cyndy's!).
So, I think practically, people just don't know what to do with/how to hold a hoop in a way that looks nice for pictures, whereas holding a bouquet (even a small one) doesn't have those issues. But again, it's not hurting anyone, so it just comes down to personal preference.

Personally I do not like how they look, but if you are having other hoop elements at your wedding like you mentioned I think they would fit in.

My centerpieces will have hoops and I made a giant hoop cake stand but I choose regular bouquets for my bridesmaids. One reasons is I didn’t want to go overboard with the hoops and the second reason is in my opinion, hand positioning always looks awkward in photos with hoops.

Same here. I have a circle arch and hoop centerpieces, but I chose regular bouquets for my bridesmaids. Great minds think alike!

I totally understand! I couldn't stand them the first time I saw them, but they've really grown on me. I think maybe I was just surprised to see something so different from what I expected? I'm not going that route, but I do like them now.
