I personally feel like forced bonding never works out well. Maybe just have everyone over at your place for some pizza and wine or something like that?

Research escapes rooms! Team building exercises, bonding, safe, and definitely requires teamwork and communication!

This would feel so awkward to me! I’ve never met most of the girls in my bff bridal group, but we’ve group chatted and are going to meet at the bachelorette party naturally

I had a very successful bridesmaid icebreaker sleepover last summer.

We had a GREAT time. We all met up at the hosts house (which was one of my FH family members) and we went to a bar on the river, had quite a few drinks, danced, and then went home and played some games.

The next morning we had breakfast and then went home. Everyone had a good time and it really made their group chat more enjoyable.

They have all separately told me they really enjoyed it.

I also just attended a lunch for a bride where I am a bm in her wedding. It was nice to meet the other bm and we basically just helped the bride nail down some details.

I didn't find either of these things awkward or weird from the brides standpoint AND the bridesmaid standpoint. I'd feel more awkward going into a wedding, bridal shower, or bach party where I had never met the majority of the other girls.

Could you take them all out to brunch or lunch? I had 9 bridesmaids in 5 states, so a bonding activity wasn't possible. 6 of them went to my bachelorette & 3 went to my bridal shower. They all bonded at those two events, the rehearsal & rehearsal dinner, and getting ready.
