Lillian, do not let the negative brides/posts discourage you. I am doing a binder not only for us and the ENTIRE BP/readers, but also for my WP and my mother.

Emma & Aaron, no need to get so aggressive and attack people who have failed to read AND comprehend posts. Stay positive and encourage and support the original poster.

@LILLIAN M. Asked for templates or binder ideas.....She did not ask if she should use a binder....Lillian I think it's a fantastic idea! In my past experience lack of communication created wedding blues for the brides. The bride sent countless emails that the members of the wedding party never checked. In the last wedding that I was in...the bride gave us a personalized binder with pictures, dates, itemized budget for our hair, dress etc, and other informative info that kept us on track. In the binder it had call times for make up, the agenda of the day, etc so we were all on one accord. Also I saw some cool binder ideas on pintrest

With the other convo that had to do with a meeting that was because she had like 12 bridesmaids - didn't give them a full freaking binder - and treated it like a nice lunch or something.

    Lmao at @Emma & Aaron!!!

Google actually has wedding documents you can use online or print out. You can even create your website on there too.

Telling someone to "shut the f^&* up" is an attack and is also uncalled for.

As the MOH in a wedding next year who's been given little direction as of yet (in terms of direct expectations, schedule etc.) a binder of something would be greatly appreciated, because I know the bride will want certain things and I'll be more than happy to do them, but I need info!

I don't know of any templates, but you could probably make something using Microsoft Office. I think a packet/binder is a good idea depending on the size and lifestyles of your bridal party. I personally hate having to sift through my emails to find things and would much rather have a hard copy. The only thing I would say is to make sure you're not deciding on their budget without taking what they've stated they can spend into consideration.

Only you know your girls the best if you think they would like the binder idea then go ahead and do that. If I did that to my bridesmaids they would look at me like what the heck is this but that's my girls. But I would not be giving them budget info because that's something no one really needs to know, if they are planning your shower or bachelorrete party that's something they plan amongst themselves and give you a budget not the other way around.
