Brides with a 6pm start time ...what is your timeline?

I have 3 bridesmaids + 2 family members getting ready with me in my hotel room. I want to put on my dress at the venue (they have a great bridal suite).

How does this sound for a timeline pre-ceremony?

9.45 - Delivery arrives from Panera

10.00 am -3.00pm - Hair and makeup

3.00 pm - Photographer arrives for "getting ready" photos

3.30 - Head to venue with BMs (takes about 15 mins, we're just going to do an UberXL)

4.00pm - Arrive at venue, photographer and DOC arrive, along with caterer

5.00pm - Put on dress, photographer takes photos in the bridal suite, solo photos

We probably won't do a first look, although I will campaign for one! This timeline is somewhat padded to allow for delays.

I have a 6pm ceremony time so the morning of is pretty laid back for me...
10:30- nail appointment w/ MOH
12:30-3:30- hair and make up w/ bridesmaids
4:00- arrive at venue
4:00-6:00- touch up details, getting dressed, pictures and kinda hanging out until ceremony

I feel like i am forgetting some important details but so far thats my general look to the day!

My ceremony is at 7! Your hair and makeup timeline is a bit lengthy for the amount of people you have. I have a maid and matron of honor and my mom and I’m not allowing that much time. Plus, you have 10:00-3:00 and then the photographer gets there at 3 to take pictures of you getting ready. You’ll definitely be way done by then. Also depends on how many H&MU artists you’ll have or if the girls are doing it on their own. Only giving a photographer 30 minutes at the hotel isn’t wise. I was in a wedding and our photographer came to the condo and we were taking pictures for almost an hour.

My suggestion is I ’d do the Panera for 10:30 hair and makeup for 11-2:30, pictures with photographer from 2:30-3:30- if the photographer can be pushed up by half an hour.

Thanks. It's all professional HMUAs for three bridesmaids, me, my mom, and my aunt. I belive there will be two HMUAs. There is padding in there intentionally because my family tends to run late.
