Brides with a 5pm Start Time

My ceremony will be at 5:00 pm, and our schedule is tentative. My photographer is helping me with this also. Mine may differ from others in that my ceremony and reception are at the same location, as is the hotel where me and the girls will be getting ready, also we will be doing many of the photos before the ceremony. I have my photographer for 9 hours, and the reception ends at 11. So much to do in so little time! So far this is what we have planned...

9:00 Bride and BMs arrive at hotel room/breakfast

9:30 Hair and makeup arrive, to be completed by 12:30 (I am working with them to get this pushed back a bit so we are not sitting around all done up for a couple hours in the hotel room)

12:00 Groom and GM arrive and get ready in golf course locker room.

1:00 lunch (we will have somewhere in the area deliver sandwiches or something)

2:00 Groom photos (putting on cuff links, portraits, etc...)

2:30 Bride photos (getting ready w/BMs, dress, shoes, portraits, etc...)

3:30 First look/Couple photos

4:30 Bridal party photos

5:00 Ceremony

6:00 Cocktail hour/Family formal photos

7:00 Reception (intros, cake cutting, toasts -dinner- dances, bouquet/garter toss, last dance, bride and grooms's exit)

11:00 Reception and coverage ends

9:15-10:00 Set up Center Pieces

10-1:30 Hair,makeup and snacks

1:30-3:00 Final touches and group pictures

3:00-4:15 Relax and touch up makeup/ Guys show up for pictures

4:15-4:30 Line up for ceremony

4:30-5:00 Ceremony

5:00-6:00 Cocktail hour/Pictures

6:05-6:10 Introductions

6:10-6:15 First dance

6:15-6:20 Toast

6:20-6:40 Salad served

6:40-7:10 Dinner

7:10-7:15 Cake cutting

7:15-7:30 Specilty dances

7:30-10:00 Dance floor opens

10:00:00 PM Reception ends
