Mine. Band and a half

I'm an old bride and we're dirt poor, so mine had to be low priced, but I wanted truly unique. Thankfully I don't like gold or diamonds!


This is a handmade ring made with a Uranium Glass gem from a repurposed 100 year old broken brooch in a sterling silver setting.
The matching band is engraved with "Forever and a Day 2/22/22" his is engraved too and it's titanium. The first pic is uber a black light which activates the florescent qualities of uranium. The second is in plain light.

My hubby gave me this ring as an upgrade from when he proposed 5 years ago. We got married 5 years ago right after the engagement. With nursing school, work, and two babies later a wedding was just never a priority. Now that we've bought our home and have settled in we're finally planning a wedding ! It's set for April 9th of next year on the beach and we're SO excited. It's been a long time coming ! Our babies get to be a part of it though so that's amazing ! everything happens for a reason! 😊
