I get to marry my best friend on 5/1/21. We were friends for 10 years before we started dating. And one night we got together for drinks and ........ well you all know how the story goes🤣🤷🏻‍♀️. He has 2 kids, I have 2 kids and together we have 2 dogs😂. He gave me the scare of my life in October of 19 when he had a heart attack. And then the shock of my life in November ‘19 the day after my parents 50th anniversary by asking me to marry him in front of a marina in Annapolis, Md. where we are both originally from. All while having a photographer hiding in the bushes.

As a couple we’ve moved from Tennessee to Puerto Rico. And from Puerto Rico to Ohio(he’s a pilot), and regardless of where we are, my home is with him. We are planning our wedding in Maryland and we can’t wait. COVID surely has complicated things a bit but despite what goes on, big wedding or not he says he’s not waiting any longer that 5/1/21 to marry me.

We got married this year on my birthday which was a surprise to me, we are renewing our vows for family & friends in 2021

I had suspected he would propose that weekend while we were on vacation since we had been talking about it and he just had to make it a "surprise" so he did it on a Tuesday before we left. At home when I came back from a hair appointment carrying a smoothie in one hand and a quesadilla in the other. I came home to roses and candles with him standing in a suit holding our dog...the first words out of my mouth were, right now? I haven't even showered yet!

Christmas night question popped and the count down is on... 04.03.21!

He proposed when we finally went to a national park together for the first time❤️. We were hiking Mt. Rainier. It was really beautiful 🤧

Got engaged November 11th 2019! It was my 31st birthday... NOT SUCH A BAD 31st!!! 💍 Due to COVID-19 the wedding has been changed from this Saturday October 17th 2020 until March 6th 2021! Not happy but loving every minute of it!

We've had some rocky moments over the past 10 years ( including being apart for 4 years) but we have come out of it all stronger than ever. He asked me to marry him on 8/6/2020 with our daughter and future stepson in attendance. The picture is coming out fuzzy on here but it is a salt and pepper diamond.

Hey ladies. The colorful stones are Alexandrite which is my birthstone (June). The ring originally had a different stone and he chose to say it out for my birthstone. He is always paying attention to the small details and putting the extra thought in everything he does to make the moment more significant and special for me
