Just got engaged on Dec. 2nd! It was surprisingly warm weather in Pittsburgh for December so we took a walk by the riverfront. He stopped at a place we frequent and got down on one knee! Had a friend there photographing the moment too. I was so surprised and he got the PERFECT ring! 😍 we’re looking at May 2021 for our wedding!

We got engaged next to our friends in a sunflower maze 9/2/2018! Even though I knew it was coming because we bought the ring together, I had no idea it would happen one random morning in such a beautiful place! So far we have our venue, photographer and DJ booked, but now we get to enjoy our engagement since we aren't getting married until 1/17/2021!

And here we are right after I said yes! (And 60lbs ago! Lol)

I asked her on our 4 year anniversary. I put a little slip of paper inside of a homemade bath bomb asking her to marry me. I had the ring hidden in the pocket of my robe. I ring I chose is vintage yellow gold ring with a marquise cut natural ruby, surrounded by 8 small diamonds. She absolutly loves it! I perfectly captured her aesthetic with it.
