    Thank you! No, we had gone to Kay Jewelers so I could look and kind of give him an idea of what i liked, and then I just fell in love with this one! He got it that day, but wanted to do the official down on one knee before I could have it, so while i knew he had it, i didn't know when he would actually propose to me!

    Sweet, simple, and intimate. He took me to his favorite hunting area (not quite hunting season here in Florida, so no active hunters yet). The plave he really wanted to take me wasnt open yet, so we just walked around. At one point he dropped behind, and when i turned around amd he was on one knee with the ring out! (: it was just the 2 of us and the woods, and perfect!

    He proposed in June on my birthday. He apparently was supposed to do It at dinner with my family but got too excited and ended up asking me in the hotel. We were on a birthday trip 🤣. It was perfect! He is perfect!Brides of 2020! Show us your ring! 8

    We got engaged oct. 13, 2018 while I was still in grad school! We had celebrated our 5th anniversary the week before and I was convinced we weren’t getting engaged until after I graduated - so it was a total shock! We didn’t start diving into planning until after I graduated in May 2019 🤗
