Just got engaged this past Sunday! 😍💍 So actually will be a 2019 bride but I love my ring (and fiancé!) so much & wanted to share. 😊

My ring! Still so in love and love how my FH and I got the diamond and then designed the band to hold it with my mom’s life long friends. Think of him and smile every time I look at it!!

Never in a million years did I think I'd be wearing Vera Wang, and here it is from her Love collection with Blue Sapphires 💙 my favorite color. I remember when I told my fiance about wanting blue stones in my ring he thought I was crazy, he never thought I'd ask for that. And now he loves my ring! Lol

I'd always thought I wanted a halo ring, but when shopping around, I started falling in love with the simplicity of solitaires, though I knew I wasn't leaning towards a round diamond. He got what I wanted PERFECTLY - a gold band solitaire oval diamond with white-gold prongs to showcase the diamond more. Only he added a little personal touch when custom-making the ring - a cathedral setting on the sides of the diamond. I love it! I haven't seen the wedding band yet and won't until the ceremony, but I hear it's gorgeous!

I don’t think I could ever get over being able to show my engagement ring off! I love that it’s a little bit non-traditional in color. I can’t wait to wear it with my wedding band in August!
