I see a lot of posts discussing tattoos and what to do with them on your wedding day but I have yet to see any posts about piercings. So I guess I'm asking any brides and grooms on here (or your SOs) with piercings: what do you plan on doing? Are you going to take them out? Leave them be? Or try to...

Or try to find some nicer jewelry to fit the occasion?

Personally, I'm trying to find a nice septum ring for the big day.

I have a nose ring as well as my FH, we got it on opposite sides and i told him we needed to stand with me on the right and him on the left, so both are showing, lol. We both have tattoos as well, so we love them.

I have 2 cartilage piercings and 3 lobe piercings on my left ear and 3 lobe piercings on my right. I've decided to keep the lobe piercings in and get new earrings for them since mine are a little worn but I'm taking out my cartilage piercings and I'm also leaving in my nose piercing. My dad wanted me to take my nose stud out because he's always hated it but I love it so I'm leaving it in.

My ears are stretched and i have more than one piercing in my ears, plus i also have colour hair. So i plan on leaving them in. People coming to your wedding should know your style and who you are, and thus be understanding of the choices you make. Its your wedding not theirs. If you dont enjoy it your way theres no point.
