Bride’s Dad Suit

Our dads are wearing the same suits, but without the vests. And we're throwing around the idea of a different color tie than the groomsmen

Our dads are wearing the same navy suits as all of the guys, but will match their ties to our moms' dress colors. I don't know if they'll wear vests or not. FH is the only one we plan on wearing a vest. The groomsmen won't. We really didn't care what they wore, but neither of them have an available suit to wear so they're just renting the same.

Our dads will both wear navy suits with green ties (but not matching, they got them at different stores). They don't have to match your fiancé or the groomsmen but there are other ways they can coordinate. For example, they can wear a tie the same color as the mother's dress. They can also wear a boutonnière if you like. If it's a black tie wedding, they should match that level of formality and wear a tuxedo.

As far as I know, both dads are wearing navy suits with ties to match the mum's dresses. In my dad's case, his tie has tiny little cycling rabbits on it! (he's a big cyclist, and I'm a huge bunny lover, so when he saw that tie we both knew it was meant to be!)

For my wedding I suggested either black or light tan for suits. I didn’t want any navy because I thought navy and black would clash. My father wore light tan jacket and black pants. My FIL wore an all tan suit.

I’m going to have my dad match with brown dress pants/ white shirt/ but his tie will match my mom ‘s dress versus the bridesmaid dresses

Our groomsmen are wearing hunter green suits and the dads are wearing navy. They’ll all have the same ivory ties though.
