'bride' sweatsuits

brandi, on July 27, 2011 at 11:03 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 12

I really like those sweatsuits that have 'bride' or something written on them. I want one to wear the morning of my wedding while im out getting my hair & make up done and around the venue doing some last minute decorating and such. Im getting married at the end of May though, so I dont wanna do long sleeve and pants. Im thinking maybe capri length pants and a regular tank top. Does anyone know where I can get something like this? I would like to be able to try them on first before I buy them.

If you can't find one you like, you can always DIY.

I found a tank top and zip up hoodie on Exclusively Weddings:

    www.exclusivelyweddings.com

And I found regular white sweat pants to go with them at Hanes.com

EDIT: Added Pictures. Also - I am only wearing the hoodie and pants while getting ready so I don't mess up my hair and make-up but I will be changing back into the sweats, w/ tank top for the after party

The bad thing about wearing a tanktop on the day of is that when you get your makeup and hair done you don't want to have to pull it over your head and risk messing it up. Many women wear the "jacket" top without a shirt under on the day of or a tube top. Let me see what I can find maybe short sleeve or tube top?

There are a lot of places where you can buy iron on "bride" things. then you can pick out whatever tee you want.

though i think it might be better to do a very light weight sweatshirt because i believe the point of the sweatshirt is that is zips up instead of having to be pulled off- so you can wear it while you get your hair/make-up done and then take it off to put on your dress w/o any problems.

Joanns has A LOT of iron on options...you could pretty much pick anything you wanted to use for clothing then just iron on whatever you choose.

Thanks everyone, I will check them out. I have a bunch of stretchy tank tops that I wear under shirts that I can pull straight down to take off instead of pulling over my head. I just wanted the capris to wear because I think its cute.

I was at Michaels the other day and they also had hoodies and tanks with the bling on them for pretty cheap and if you use the 40% off coupon every week you can get them for pennies.
