Bride Heels

What's your budget, and what type of red heels are we talking? Pumps? Sandals? Block? Stilettos?

I always knew I wanted Louboutins on my wedding day, since I was wearing a pair when my fiance and I met, but if I'd wanted coloured shoes, I'd have checked out all my favourite shoe brands, and gone from there. For me, I'd try:

nordstrom, yoox, nine west, asos and a few other Australian based department stores that won't be much help to you. We also have some deal websites (catch, ozsale) which sell shoes and I'd check them out as well.

I especially like yoox for shoes as you can filter for heel height, heel type, colour and also toe shape, which works for someone like me who prefers pointed toes. Here's a search on yoox for red pumps/sandals.

I think I did online searches for shoes for months and was not excited by this year's selection of stiletto mules and plastic (or clear). I was looking for pink dance shoes, but ended up getting hot pink toe nail polish, and wearing baby blue 4" block heels for my ceremony, and my own gold pair for reception. Try Jeffrey Campbell and Lulu's for color. Also, high-end department stores Saks Fifth Avenue to Nordstrom have easy filtering. Bagdley Mischka has wedding shoes, but I never heard they were comfortable. When in doubt, go with what you already know is comfortable. There's still time for sales.

Any shoes can be wedding shoes, it's all about what you feel comfortable in and what your budget is. decide what style you want and go from there.

I'd start at a few department stores, DSW, Dillard's, Macy's... if you don't find anything that makes you light up, move to more expensive stores and brands, Neiman's, Nordstrom, Saks, Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, etc. Don't stress, allow it to be fun. When you find the ones, you'll know.

Nordstrom is where I got mine. They have a huge selection of different brands, colors, and price points. I just search on the app and I usually find whatever I want for that occasion.
