Usually you change music for the bride.... then people know when to stand and look for you.

I think you should definitely have a different song for your entrance and it doesn't have to be what everyone else uses. Take a listen to the 2 new pop bride's entrance songs at www.weddingmusiccentral.com. "Here She Comes" and "When She Walks" are great and I can't decide between the two!

I was concerned about this too, but I'm on the other end of everyone elses opinion I guess, as we are using just one song for all of us. It's a REALLY long song. But there is a part of the song that works out perfectly giving the bride a chance to enter, and still be dramatic. Smiley smile So I think it depends on your song, and what you like.

I am walking out to the same song as the rest of my bridal party. There will be no "grand entrance" for me since we are having our wedding outside so the guests will be able to see me walk up to the aisle along with my bridal party. The song that I have chosen is almost 3 minutes long so I plan on starting it a minute before the bridal party gets to the ceremony area and I will wait until they are at the altar and then I will walk down and hopefully the song will be just about finished. The song is "The Love I Found In You" by Jim Brickman.

Oh, and after the wedding we are walking out with "Walking on Sunshine."

My ceremony is calling it "Wedding Party Entrance" and we are all coming in to the same song.

My wedding party is only 2 persons as well and I also am hoping to have an outside reception that also has a short aisle. Nonetheless, I am walking in to a different song than they are but it's less about the 'grand entrance' and more so because the lyrics of the song I'm walking into (I'll be There by Mariah Carey f/ Trey Lorenz) has special meaning for FH and me so I don't want to share it with my bridal party. We're not going to run the full course of the songs though ...probably just skillfully fade it out after the chorus or so (for both the bridal party and my entrance).

It's really about what makes sense to you and what you want to do in the end.
