Did you try David's? They can custom make it. You can get it in a tulle or organza (cheaper than satin). Otherwise, you may have to have it custom made which can be pricey.

Lots of designers sell skirt and overskirts.

I'm wearing separates. I bought the top at BHLDN but they didn't have the skirt I wanted in ivory. I shopped around online and found a tulle Jenny Yoo skirt (same brand as my top from BHLDN) in ivory for $70. So my whole "dress"/outfit was $170 and exactly what I wanted.

A seamstress could make this very inexpensively. Tulle is pretty cheap. Might look into getting it made to save $.

I so wanted to do this! What a dramatic and fun way to change half way through the reception! Allure bridal has separated that are cute but I had a hard time finding tbem in bridal salons which is why I gave up and just got a normal dress. Good luck!

Just to add on to my previous comment... I just kept googling Jenny Yoo tulle skirt for a few weeks after I bought the top. I found it on tjmaxx.com
