Bridal Shower Theme

Growing up we did tea parties all the time. They're my mom's favorite memories, so she asked if she could host a tea party shower and I said absolutely! Our wedding colors are blush, plum and gold so the shower is being done in shades of pink and purple.

I only know a few details but I know my MOH said they're using red & gray (the colors of our wedding) and greenery!

My mom picked an Italian theme for my shower. I'm Italian and it's my favorite type of food. The favor was a DIY flavored olive oil bar, she served huge charcuterie boards & pasta dishes & salads, she had lots of wine & champagne, and played italian music. She also had a ton of greenery & lemon decor. I've seen Mexican/Fiesta themes, nautical themes, country themes, etc. I'd look on Pinterest for ideas too.

My mom and sister decided to do a "casino" theme because we are going to Vegas for our honeymoon. The theme is "lucky in love". There will be games that fit the theme and $1 scratchers for the favor. It's cute. We are also doing it as "brunch" shower because (to be honest) there was a bigger bang for the buck for the food at the restaurant that way.

My fiance and I have a house on the water, so my shower is all nautical themed. Everything is blue and white, with rope accents, seashells, lighthouses, etc.

Our friends did a Harry Potter theme for us, as I am a major fan.
